Role: Creative Strategist

Location: Fully Remote

I’m working with a fast-growing performance marketing agency looking for a Creative Strategist. This role is ideal for someone with a keen creative eye, understanding of what motivates clicks and conversions, and confidence in transforming data into effective content strategies.

You will be part of a collaborative team working across paid social channels (e.g., Meta, TikTok) to scale brands through high-performing ad creatives and innovative campaign ideas.

If you are passionate about creating impactful digital marketing content and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be your next move.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year in a similar role, either agency or DTC brand
  • Strong knowledge of paid social platforms (Meta, TikTok, etc.)
  • Experience in writing creative briefs and UGC scripts
  • Ability to interpret performance data to guide creative decisions
  • Excellent copywriting skills and an eye for design
  • Proactive, innovative, and eager to introduce fresh ideas
