Fuller’s is seeking a hands-on Sous Chef to deputise for the Head Chef during absences and to lead a kitchen team crafting fresh, seasonal dishes from local produce. You will contribute ideas and menu development while ensuring top-notch hygiene and service quality across busy service periods.

Qualifications

• Hygiene qualification and strong knowledge of food safety are essential for the role.
• Experience as a Sous Chef or in a deputy kitchen leadership position is preferred.
• Ability to manage and inspire a kitchen team during service.

Responsibilities

• Deputy to the Head Chef and take full control of the kitchen when they are away.
• Prepare fresh food made from seasonal, local ingredients.
• Bring new ideas and create fresh dishes for the menu.
• Bring the best out of the kitchen team and maintain high standards during every service.
• Show pride in every successful service and uphold hygiene and food-safety practices.
