Job summary

BBC Belfast is seeking a Creative to develop and deliver distinctive campaigns and content across broadcast, digital and social platforms. You will transform insights into compelling creative work, combining strategic thinking with craft expertise to engage audiences in Northern Ireland.

You will join the NI Brand Team, work with marketing, media and creative colleagues, and deliver campaigns that connect audiences with BBC brands and services.

Qualifications

• Proven creative experience within broadcast promotion, marketing, advertising or a comparable content-led environment.
• Strong conceptual and creative thinking with ability to develop ideas from brief to execution.
• Excellent production skills across multi-disciplines including video editing, graphic design, content creation, direction or post-production.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Premiere Pro, Photoshop and related tools.
• Proven ability to present ideas, build stakeholder relationships and manage multiple projects to deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver original creative concepts and campaign ideas for BBC Northern Ireland brands across platforms.
• Create high-quality promotional content across formats including video, design, photography, digital assets and social-first materials.
• Research and shape audience insights into effective campaigns and promotional assets.
• Apply audience understanding and platform expertise to drive engagement and campaign objectives.
• Produce and edit creative assets ensuring BBC editorial, technical and brand standards.
• Present ideas to stakeholders and collaborate with teams and external partners to deliver campaigns.
