Job summary

BBC UK in Belfast is seeking a Creative to develop and deliver campaigns and content across broadcast, digital, and social platforms. You will transform insights into compelling creative work, uniting strategic thinking with craft to impact audiences in Northern Ireland.

The role sits within the NI Brand Department and offers flexible working discussions, with a salary range reflecting internal benchmarking and market insights.

Qualifications

• Proven creative experience within broadcast promotion or a comparable content-led environment.
• Strong conceptual and creative thinking from brief through to execution.
• Excellent production skills across video editing, design, content creation, direction or post-production.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Premiere Pro and Photoshop.
• Ability to present ideas, build stakeholder relationships and manage multiple projects to deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver original creative concepts and campaign ideas for BBC Northern Ireland across platforms.
• Create high-quality promotional content including video, design, photography and digital assets.
• Research audience insights and shape content into effective campaigns and assets.
• Apply audience understanding and platform knowledge to drive engagement and campaign objectives.
• Produce and edit assets using industry tools, meeting editorial, technical and brand standards.
• Present ideas, respond to briefs, and collaborate with marketing, media, production and partners.
