Job summary

IHG Hotels & Resorts is seeking an authentic and driven Bartender (Full-Time) for Refuge in the Kimpton Clocktower Hotel in Manchester. You will craft unique cocktails, engage guests with deep knowledge of beers, wines and spirits, and support the broader F&B team to deliver timely service.

Qualifications

• Availability to work 40 hours per week across a variety of shifts (weekend and evening availability essential).
• Experience in a Restaurant, Bar or Hotel as a Bartender or Mixologist.
• Knowledge of Wines, Beers, Spirits and Cocktails; creative and sharing your skills.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality cocktails and engage guests with knowledge of drinks.
• Interact with guests to ensure a uniquely personal experience and excellent service.
• Support the wider F&B team to provide timely service.
