Job summary

Cloud 23 at The Manchester Deansgate Hotel, part of IHG Hotels & Resorts, is seeking a dynamic Bartender for 24 hours per week in Manchester. You will create drinks, mix cocktails and provide knowledgeable recommendations to guests, while maintaining allergen awareness and teamwork with the F&B team.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a Bar as a Bartender or Mixologist.
• Depth of knowledge regarding wines, spirits, beers and cocktails.
• Ability to communicate positively and clearly and be aware of allergen information and training.

Responsibilities

• Creating guests’ drinks orders, mixing cocktails and pouring speciality drinks.
• Providing recommendations based on guest preferences across drinks categories.
• Working in a team to ensure a great guest experience and manage allergen information.
• Weekend and evening availability is essential for this role.
