Qualifications

• Availability to work 40 hours per week across shifts.
• Experience in a Restaurant, Bar or Hotel as a Bartender or Mixologist.
• Knowledge of Wines, Beers, Spirits and Cocktails.
• Passion for providing excellent guest service and a personal experience.
• Personal licence (highly beneficial).
• Willingness to learn and work as part of the hotel team.
• Drive to deliver results and contribute to a warm, personal guest experience.
• Warm, authentic personality with a can-do attitude.

• Create unique and exciting cocktails and share knowledge of beers, wines and spirits.
