Job summary

IHG Hotels & Resorts is seeking an authentic and driven Bartender (Full-Time) for Refuge in the Kimpton Clocktower Hotel in Manchester. You will craft unique cocktails, engage guests with deep knowledge of beers, wines and spirits, and support the broader F&B team to deliver timely service.

Qualifications

• Availability to work 40 hours per week across a variety of shifts (weekend and evening availability essential).
• Experience in a Restaurant, Bar or Hotel as a Bartender or Mixologist.
• Knowledge of Wines, Beers, Spirits and Cocktails; creative and sharing your skills.

We are looking for an authentic and driven Bartender (Full-Time) to join us at Refuge in Kimpton Clocktower Hotel! Kimpton Clocktower Hotel is a Manchester icon - a bold blend of grand Victorian architecture and playful, contemporary design. Your main duties and responsibilities will be ensuring high quality guest experience through the creation of unique and exciting cocktails, interacting with our guests to share your knowledge of various Beers, Wines and Spirits. You will also be assisting the wider F&B team to provide timely service!

So, We Are Looking For Someone Who Has…

• Availability to work 40 hours per week across a variety of shifts (weekend and evening availability essential)
• Experience working within a Restaurant, Bar or Hotel as a Bartender or Mixologist
• Knowledge of Wines, Beers, Spirits and Cocktails – excited by being creative and sharing your skills with others
• Passion for providing an excellent guest service, you will be someone who enjoys interacting with guests to ensure they are having a uniquely personal experience!
• A personal license (highly beneficial)
• Willing to learn new things and work as part of our wider Hotel team!
• Drive to produce results – we work together within the Kimpton family to continue delivering extremely personal experiences and genuine human connection.
