Qualifications

• Availability to work 40 hours per week across shifts.

• Personal licence (highly beneficial).
• Willingness to learn and work as part of the hotel team.

We are looking for an authentic and driven Bartender (Full-Time)to join us at Refuge in Kimpton Clocktower Hotel! Your main duties and responsibilities will be ensuring high quality guest experience through the creation of unique and exciting cocktails, interacting with our guests to share your knowledge of various Beers, Wines and Spirits. You will also be assisting the wider F&B team to provide timely service!

• Availability to work 40 hours per week across a variety of shifts (weekend and evening availability essential)
• Experience working within a Restaurant, Bar or Hotel as a Bartender or Mixologist
• Knowledge of Wines, Beers, Spirits and Cocktails - excited by being creative and sharing your skills with others
• Passion for providing an excellent guest service, you will be someone who enjoys interacting with guests to ensure they are having a uniquely personal experience!
• A personal license (highly beneficial)
• Willing to learn new things and work as part of our wider Hotel team!
