Job summary

Refuge at Kimpton Clocktower Hotel in Manchester is seeking an authentic and driven F&B Service Team Member (Part-Time) to join our team. You will serve guests and collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders, while maintaining a warm, personal, and welcoming atmosphere.

Ideal candidates have 24 hours per week availability (evenings and weekends), experience in a Restaurant/Bar/Hotel, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Availability to work 24 hours per week (evening and weekend availability required)
• Experience working within a Restaurant, Bar or Hotel as a Server, Waiter/Waitress, Barista, Bartender or Host
• Confidence in delivering great service, have a can-do attitude and always willing to help out where needed
• Passion for providing positive guest experiences, you will be someone who loves to interact with our guests!
• Willing to learn new things and work as part of our wider Hotel team!
• Drive to produce results – we work together within the Kimpton family to continue delivering extremely personal experiences and genuine human connection.
