Jupiter Recruitment seeks a Dual Residential Registered Manager for two children’s homes in the Poole, Dorset area. You will lead two high-quality residential services, ensuring positive outcomes for young people and strong safeguarding practices.

The role requires 2–3 years of management experience, a Leadership and Management qualification (or willingness to work towards one), and an NVQ Level 3 in Caring for Children and Young People. Excellent leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifikationen

• 2–3 years of management experience leading and developing staff teams.
• Strong knowledge of childcare safeguarding legislation and regulatory standards.
• Excellent communication skills with confident, professional leadership.

Aufgaben

• Lead, manage, coordinate and develop two high-quality children’s residential homes, ensuring positive outcomes for young people.
• Promote partnership working with young people, families, colleagues and external agencies to meet individual needs.
• Provide effective leadership by implementing organisational strategies and objectives and supporting service growth.
• Promote team development, engagement and effective teamwork across both homes.
• Lead on setting standards, monitoring performance and driving continuous improvement across both services.
• Line manage staff teams across both homes, ensuring induction, supervision and performance reviews.
