Location: Crawley & Surrounding Areas
Contract: Full-Time / Part-Time – Flexible Days
Salary: £90–£120 per day
Hours: School Hours (typically 08:30 – 15:30)

Every day is different. You'll step into classrooms to supervise lessons, support students, and keep learning on track in the absence of the usual class teacher.

  • Supervising classes across a range of subjects (no planning or marking required)
  • Delivering pre-prepared lesson materials provided by the school
  • Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment
  • Supporting students with tasks and encouraging engagement
  • Following school policies and reporting back to staff as needed
  • Adapting quickly to different schools and year groups
  • Previous experience working with young people (school, tutoring, youth work, sports coaching, etc.)
  • Confident classroom management skills
  • Adaptable, reliable, and enthusiastic
  • Ability to engage and communicate well with students
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
  • A genuine interest in education—ideal for aspiring teachers

(QTS not required for this role.)
