The Cover Supervisor plays a key part in supporting students' learning and wellbeing by supervising classes, engaging students in their work, and encouraging positive behaviour. They will assist students according to individual needs, help promote independence, and contribute to a safe, supportive classroom environment.
The Cover Supervisor will provide feedback to teachers on student progress, supervising students during breaks and transitions, and upholding all safeguarding, behaviour, and school policies to ensure the highest standards of care and conduct.
