• Lead Course Operations teams and oversee administration across enquiry management, registration, induction, timetabling, assessment, progression, award and graduation.
• Ensure processes align with University regulations, quality requirements and priorities.
• Collaborate with academic colleagues and Professional Services across Clerkenwell and Tooting campuses.
