Working with the Academic Administration Manager and Senior Course Administrators, you will utilise your strong administrative and organisational skills to plan, prioritise and manage a range of work activities.
This includes handling enquiries received through different routes, providing information and advice on University-wide services, policies and procedures, and administrative support for course teams. We will also want you toprovide a friendly and efficient service for students, staff, visitors, and other external stakeholders, within agreed customer service levels and standards.

The role is based on our Moulsecoomb Campus but there are opportunities for some remote working too.
