We are seeking to recruit a permanent full-time Professional Placements Administrator to join our vital placements team within the College of Health, Education and Public Life.
This is a busy and highly responsible role working within a supportive and well-established team, and you will have responsibility for organising and monitoring the placement of students with a range of external placement providers. This will involve assessing the suitability of placements and matching students to placements appropriately. You will have extensive contact with students and staff at a variety of levels within the University, and external placement provider contacts, providing practical advice and up-to-date placement data, so your effective communication and customer service skills will be invaluable for building effective relationships.
As well as using your own initiative, you will need to be able to work flexibly and collaboratively as part of a large and friendly team.
