Evri is seeking a Courier Training and Onboarding Specialist in Radstock/Sparkford. This full-time role focuses on onboarding couriers, allocating work, and keeping the Delivery Unit running smoothly.

You will monitor scanning, ensure compliance, and resolve issues to maintain a reliable service for customers. Ideal candidates understand the self-employed courier model, have a UK driving licence, and excel in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment with strong problem-solving and communication

• Use Service Tracker to raise timely escalations when needed.
• Support couriers with manifests, routing and operational queries.
• Provide daily operational feedback to optimise performance.

Hours: Full-time hours any 5 days over 7 Monday to Sunday

• Support the onboarding of new couriers andallocatework effectively.
• Monitor parcel scanning, courier readiness and ensure compliance throughout the process.
• Address local issues such as late couriers, scanning delays, or missing parcels before escalating.
• Use the Service Tracker to raisetimely, transparent escalations when needed.
• Support couriers with manifests, routing, and operational queries.
• Provide daily operational feedback to the Territory Manager to optimise performance.
