Job summary

Evri is seeking a Courier Training and Onboarding Specialist in Aberdeen to support the Final Mile delivery network. You will be the on-site champion, guiding new couriers, ensuring readiness for collection, and driving service excellence in a fast-paced environment.

The role involves coaching, coordinating manifests and routing, addressing issues before escalation, and providing daily feedback to optimise performance across the unit.

Qualifications

• Current UK driving licence.
• Solid understanding of the self-employed courier model.
• Experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused operational environment.
• Strong problem-solving, organisation, and attention to detail.
• Confident communication skills and the ability to spot escalation risks quickly.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new couriers and allocate work effectively.
• Monitor parcel scanning, courier readiness and ensure compliance.
• Address local issues such as late couriers, scanning delays, or missing parcels before escalating.
• Use the Service Tracker to raise timely, transparent escalations when needed.
• Support couriers with manifests, routing, and operational queries.
• Provide daily operational feedback to the Territory Manager to optimise performance.

Hours: Full-time hours any 5 days over 7 Monday to Sunday
