Job summary

Evri in Folkestone is hiring a Final Mile Territory Manager to lead delivery performance across delivery units. You will monitor service levels, tackle issues in real time, motivate couriers, and collaborate with Evri Business Partners and internal teams to keep parcels moving on time.

You’ll drive cost efficiency, safety, and continuous improvement, with strong planning and excellent communication across dispersed teams. UK driving licence is preferred.

• Current UK driving licence (preferable but not essential on standalone Delivery Unit).

Responsibilities

• Own service, cost, and performance across your Delivery Unit(s).
• Ensure on-time parcel flow and courier coverage.

About the Role

As a Final Mile Territory Manager, youll be the driving force behind service excellence across multiple Delivery Units or one high-volume Super Unit. Youll oversee daily performance, act quickly to resolve issues using real-time digital tools, motivate and engage a network of couriers, and build strong relationships with Evri Business Partners, the local community, and key internal teams.

Responsibilities as a Final Mile Territory Manager

• Own service, cost, and performance across your Delivery Unit(s)

• Build strong relationships with EBPs, couriers, support teams, and unions

To Be Successful in This Role You Will Require the Following

Qualifications

• Current UK Driving Licence (preferable but not essential on standalone single Delivery Unit)

Knowledge & Experience

• Knowledge of the self-employed courier model
• Previous experience working in a customer-focused industry within a fast-paced operational role
• Strong planning and organisational experience

Technical & People Skills

• Analytical mindset with the ability to prioritise effectively
• Ability to empower teams with appropriate oversight and support recruitment/interview activity when required
• Strong communicator across a dispersed workforce
• IT proficient, including experience with digital dashboards
