Full Time • 37.5 Hours • 5 Days Over 7 • Shift Work • Overtime x1.25

£13.53ph plus Overtime £16.91 OT rate

What You’ll Be Doing

This is a hands‑on role where you’ll move around different production lines and help keep everything running smoothly. Your day‑to‑day could include:

• Operating counterbalance FLT
• Ready products ready for delivery
• Keeping things clean and hygienic
• Following health & safety and company guidelines
• Lending a hand with new team members
• Being flexible to support the business when needed

What We’re Looking For

• Basic numeracy
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced environment
• Flexible with shifts
• Able to get Level 2 Food Safety (we’ll support you)
• MUST DRIVE DUE TO START TIMES
• MUST HAVE VALID COUNTERBALNCE LICENSE (3 YEARS)

Bonus points if you have

• Experience in food or dairy production
• Knowledge of food hygiene

Shift start times

• 5am & 7am including weekends
