Blaenau Gwent County Borough Council is seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join our Community Hubs team. You will be the first point of contact, helping residents access council services quickly and efficiently across face-to-face, telephony, email and digital channels.

You will resolve enquiries at the first point of contact, providing accurate advice and guidance across a wide range of council services to residents, businesses and partners.

• Must demonstrate customer-focused approach.
• Ability to provide accurate guidance.
• Comfort with using multiple contact channels (face-to-face, telephone, email, web).
