Blaenau Gwent County Borough Council is seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join our Community Hubs team. You will be the first point of contact, helping residents access council services quickly and efficiently across face-to-face, telephony, email and digital channels.

You will resolve enquiries at the first point of contact, providing accurate advice and guidance across a wide range of council services to residents, businesses and partners.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our busy and dynamic Community Hubs team. We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals who are passionate about delivering excellent service and helping residents access council services quickly and efficiently.

As the first point of contact for the Council, you will play a vital role in supporting residents, businesses and partners through a variety of contact channels including face to face, telephony support from within our Contact Centre environment, email through our corporate email address and also web / digital platforms.

You will resolve enquiries wherever possible at the first point of contact, providing accurate advice and guidance across a wide range of council services.
