Job summary

WSP UK & Ireland is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor/Cost & Commercial Manager to join our PMCM team. The role covers estimating, cost planning, procurement, cost assurance and post-contract financial management across building and infra projects.

You’ll work with our diverse professionals and may lead projects or teams depending on seniority. You will be part of a UK-wide PMCM group, collaborating with stakeholders and contributing to iconic programmes while advancing your Chartered

Qualifications

• MRICS with strong lifecycle costing knowledge and post-contract experience.
• Experience developing lifecycle models from capex and cost data.
• Ability to write lifecycle options studies and assess design options.

Responsibilities

• Deliver QS/Cost and Commercial Management services on varied projects.
• Lead a QS/Commercial team and mentor staff as needed.
• Engage in bid writing, winning work and client liaison.
