WSP is looking for a Quantity Surveyor/Cost & Commercial Manager to deliver QS services for water sector projects. You’ll join our PMCM team and may lead teams on water infrastructure, with a focus on pre- and post-contract cost management.

You will be based hybrid from Bristol with travel to clients in the South West region. WSP values collaboration, development and flexible working to support growth and career progression.

Qualifications

• MRICS or Assoc RICS or working towards professional qualification in QS.
• Experience in the water sector.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Knowledge of CostX and CEMAR tools.
• Experience in pre- and post-contract QS/Cost and Commercial management for water projects.

Responsabilités

• Deliver QS/Cost and Commercial Management services for water sector projects.
• Lead cost planning, procurement, cost assurance and post-contract financial management.
• Mentor and lead teams on water infrastructure assignments.
• Prepare bids and support contract awards in the Water sector.
