Our client is a US headquartered law firm with a highly regarded Corporate Tax team in London, which is now seeking to recruit an associate, due to growth.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a team which advises on tax structuring, planning and implementation in relation to highly complex, cross-border corporate transactions.

We would like to see applications from Corporate Tax lawyers who have experience from a well-ranked Tax practice in London, or equivalent experience from a common law jurisdiction. Applicants must have an exemplary academic background and should have upwards of two years’ PQE.
