Kingsley Wood is a pioneering legal consultancy offering true independence and a partner-led model. We seek a Corporate Solicitor with 4+ years’ PQE to operate as a Partner, driving business development and client relationships within a flexible framework.

You will enjoy autonomy, competitive fees share (up to 85%), and comprehensive admin and tech support to grow your practice across corporate law matters.

Qualifications

• Strong technical drafting and advocacy skills.

The Role

We are seeking a Corporate Solicitor with strong experience across a broad range of complex corporate law to work in the capacity of a Partner and participating in business development.

The Candidate

You will be an experienced, commercially astute lawyer who:

• 4 years’+ PQE in corporate law
