Job summary

Kingsley Wood is seeking a Corporate Solicitor to operate in a Partner capacity within a flexible, modern framework. You will control client relationships, fee arrangements, and actively participate in business development to grow your own client following.

The role offers autonomy with full admin and operational support, access to a partner network, and a modern tech infrastructure to enable scalable practice growth.

Qualifications

• 4+ years PQE in corporate law.
• Strong drafting and advocacy skills.
• Proven ability to generate work through contacts and BD initiatives.
• Ambitious, entrepreneurial and motivated to grow own client following.

The Role

We are seeking a Corporate Solicitor with strong experience across a broad range of complex corporate law to work in the capacity of a Partner and participating in business development.

The Candidate

You will be an experienced, commercially astute lawyer who:

• 4 years’+ PQE in corporate law
• Demonstrates strong technical drafting and advocacy skills

• Is ambitious, entrepreneurial, and motivated to grow their own client following
• Thrives in a flexible, modern working environment

Candidates with an existing client following or clear business plan will be particularly attractive.
