Kingsley Wood in the United Kingdom is seeking a Corporate Solicitor to step into a Partner role, with autonomy over client relationships and fee arrangements.

You will bring 4+ years’ PQE in corporate law, strong drafting and advocacy skills, and a proactive approach to generating work through your network, while leveraging our supportive infrastructure and established client base.

The Role

We are seeking a Corporate Solicitor with strong experience across a broad range of complex corporate law to work in the capacity of a Partner and participating in business development.

The Candidate

You will be an experienced, commercially astute lawyer who:

• 4 years’+ PQE in corporate law
