Job summary

Navari Talent Limited is supporting a London team recruiting an administrator to manage a portfolio of international corporate clients. You will engage with directors and advisers, assist with board materials, and help uphold governance and regulatory standards across various structures.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years’ experience within corporate services, company secretarial, or a similar administrative role.
  • Basic understanding of company administration, governance, and compliance requirements.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Support the administration of a portfolio of corporate entities, ensuring high standards of governance and compliance.
  • Liaise with clients, directors, and third-party advisers, providing timely and professional support.
  • Assist with company secretarial duties, including drafting board minutes, resolutions, and board packs.
  • Prepare and maintain client due diligence (CDD) documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Perform periodic reviews, reporting, and administrative tasks in line with client and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate client records and internal databases.
  • Support transactions across asset classes including capital markets, structured finance, and real estate.

Role Overview

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing London team, working closely with an established Jersey-based corporate services function.

You will support the administration of a portfolio of international corporate clients, gaining exposure to a wide range of structures including private equity, capital markets, and securitisation vehicles.

The role offers a clear pathway for progression within corporate services, alongside strong training support and the opportunity to build a long-term career in governance and entity management.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
