Corporate Lawyer – Senior Associate / Director Level

Location :

Leeds (hybrid working available)

Salary :

Up to £180,000

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Lawyer to join an award winning, leading full-service legal team. You will act on a variety of high-profile, cross-border corporate matters for national and international clients, including private equity sponsors, listed companies and private investment vehicles.

You will work on sophisticated transactions spanning mergers and acquisitions (M&A), private equity investments, initial public offerings (IPOs), public takeovers and other strategic corporate matters. This role is ideal for lawyers who want exposure to complex, high-value work with global reach outside of London, backed by senior support and collaborative team culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, manage and advise on complex corporate transactions, including public and private M&A, joint ventures, equity investments and reorganisations.
  • Conduct detailed legal due diligence and collaborate with internal and external advisers in structuring deals.
