The Role

The firm is looking for an experienced and driven Corporate Principal Associate (7+ years’ PQE) to play a key role in delivering high-quality, client-focused legal services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage corporate transactions, taking ownership of deals while collaborating with partners
• Mentor and support junior associates, contributing to their professional development
• Engage in business development activities, including client relationship management
• Deliver high-quality legal advice to a broad range of clients, including companies, management teams, investors, and listed entities across various corporate matters
• Contribute to a dynamic and supportive team culture, participating in mentoring, coaching, and continuous learning opportunities.
