Job summary

easyJet is seeking a Data Lead for the Corporate Domain to define the data roadmap, prioritise demand and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver measurable business value within a matrix organisation.

Based in Luton with hybrid working, this role requires partnering with senior stakeholders to shape data products across finance, regulatory reporting, ESG, HR and shared services, driving governance and product thinking across the Data and Analytics function.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in data and analytics within a large and complex organisation.
• Experience partnering with senior business stakeholders and influencing decision making without direct authority.
• Proven success delivering measurable business outcomes through data initiatives.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams across analytics, engineering and data science.
• Knowledge of finance reporting, ESG, HR or other corporate data domains.

Responsibilities

• Defining and owning the Corporate data strategy and roadmap, aligned to business objectives and the wider data transformation programme.
• Building and managing a portfolio of data initiatives with clear value outcomes across efficiency, risk, compliance and reporting.
• Acting as a trusted advisor to senior Corporate stakeholders and representing the data agenda at leadership level.
• Translating business requirements into data products, analytics opportunities and actionable delivery plans.
• Coordinating delivery across analysts, engineers, architects, scientists and product specialists.
