Job summary

easyJet is seeking a Data Lead for the Corporate Domain in Luton. This senior role will own the data roadmap, coordinate multidisciplinary teams across analytics, engineering and governance, and partner with senior stakeholders to translate business priorities into data outcomes.

You will drive a portfolio of initiatives spanning finance, regulatory reporting, ESG and HR, delivering measurable value through the central Data & Analytics function.

Qualifications

Significant experience leading data and analytics in a large organisation.
Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and translating priorities into data outcomes.
Proven ability to deliver measurable business value through data initiatives.

Responsibilities

Define and own the Corporate data strategy and roadmap.
Manage a portfolio of data initiatives with clear value outcomes across finance, reporting, ESG, HR.
Coordinate delivery across analysts, engineers, architects, scientists and product specialists.
Embed data governance, quality and compliance standards within the domain.
Shape data products and coordinate delivery to deliver business value.
