Job summary

easyJet holidays is seeking a Data Lead for the Operations domain in Luton, with hybrid working and 60% office presence. You will be the senior data partner to Operations leadership, shaping the domain's data agenda and driving value through data-driven initiatives.

You'll define priorities, coordinate delivery across analytics, engineering, data science and governance, and influence senior stakeholders to translate data investment into measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading data delivery in a business-facing environment.
• Strong commercial awareness focused on business value.
• Experience in operational environments like aviation or hospitality.
• Expertise in defining KPIs, reporting frameworks and trusted metrics.
• Experience coordinating analytics, engineering and data science teams.
• Knowledge of Databricks, Azure, AWS or GCP.
