Job summary

easyJet holidays seeks a Data Lead for the Commercial domain to own the data strategy and drive a prioritised data roadmap. You will partner with Commercial leadership to translate business needs into data initiatives that deliver measurable value across revenue and customer experience.

Based in Luton with hybrid working, you will coordinate diverse teams, champion data governance, and advance data maturity across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in data and analytics in travel or related sectors.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and act as a trusted business partner.
• Experience coordinating multi-disciplinary teams in a matrix environment.
• Strong understanding of revenue management, pricing, inventory optimization, or demand forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Own and shape the Commercial domain data strategy and roadmap.
• Define, prioritise and track high-value data initiatives.
• Translate business problems into data products and analytics use cases.
• Lead cross-functional delivery squads of analysts, engineers, architects and scientists.
• Drive adoption of data products and embed product-thinking across the domain.
• Ensure data governance, quality and compliance within the domain.
