Job summary

The role emphasizes influence over direct management and collaboration with data engineers, scientists, and product specialists.

You will define and prioritise data initiatives, ensure governance, and build relationships across business areas to unlock enterprise-wide opportunities.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in data and analytics, ideally in aviation or travel.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and act as a trusted business partner.
• Experience coordinating multi-disciplinary teams in a matrix environment.

Responsibilities

• Own and shape the Commercial domain data strategy and roadmap.
• Prioritise and track high-value data initiatives.
• Translate business problems into data products and analytics use cases.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery squads of analysts, engineers, and product specialists.
• Drive adoption of data products and promote data ownership across stakeholders.
