Corporate Commercial Solicitor
Location: Bristol and Surrounding Areas
Salary: Up to £70,000 (DOE)
Working Arrangement: Hybrid (initial on-site expectation)

Responsibilities

• Handling a broad range of corporate and commercial matters including mergers and acquisitions, shareholder agreements, joint ventures, and commercial contracts.
• Advising SMEs, owner-managed businesses, and larger corporate clients across a variety of sectors.
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of business agreements.
• Assisting partners on complex transactions and leading on smaller matters.
• Contributing to business development initiatives and maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Be a qualified Solicitor with experience in corporate and/or commercial law (NQ–4 PQE ideal).
• Have strong drafting and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrate excellent client care and commercial awareness.
• Be a team player with the ambition to develop your career in a supportive environment.
