Job summary

HSBC Holdings plc in the Isle of Man is seeking a Relationship Support Analyst to back Relationship Directors in Corporate & Institutional Banking. You will conduct customer research, analyze financial data and help prepare materials for client meetings.

You will coordinate day-to-day client activity, maintain data accuracy, and monitor AML & Sanctions alerts while supporting regulatory and policy adherence to minimise risk.

Qualifications

• Experience in the financial services sector within a bank or financial institution.
• Strong analytical capability and numeracy to interpret information and support decision-making.
• Experience understanding customer needs and delivering excellent customer service.
• Ability to prepare clear, well-structured proposals, presentations and written materials for client engagement.
• Ability to manage tasks across multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support Relationship Directors to meet customer needs, improve client engagement and strengthen operational efficiency.
• Identify product and service opportunities across existing and prospective customers.
• Prepare analysis, proposals and presentations to support customer discussions and meetings.
• Coordinate day-to-day client activity including client planning, pipeline management and alignment with product partners.
• Maintain accurate and timely updates to data and call reports.
• Monitor risk matters including Global Standards and AML & Sanctions alerts and elevate issues as needed.
• Apply Group Policy and support adherence to regulatory, financial and legal standards to minimise risks.
• Prioritise workload to deliver to deadlines and contribute ideas to improve service and efficiency.
