Job summary

HSBC Channel Islands and Isle of Man (CIIOM) is seeking a Relationship Support Analyst to back Relationship Directors within Corporate & Institutional Banking in the Isle of Man. You will conduct customer research, perform financial analysis, and help prepare materials for client meetings.

You will coordinate day-to-day client activity, manage planning and pipeline with product partners, and support AML/regulatory monitoring to ensure high-quality client service and risk control.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial services, ideally in a corporate banking or financial institution setting.
• Ability to interpret information and support decision-making through analysis.
• Proven track record in delivering clear, well-structured proposals and written materials.
• Strong verbal and written communication, adaptable to audience.
• Excellent multi-tasking and prioritisation to meet deadlines.
• Collaborates well with colleagues and stakeholders in a team setting.

Responsibilities

• Support Relationship Directors to meet customer needs and strengthen engagement.
• Identify product and service opportunities across clients and prospects.
• Prepare analyses, proposals and presentations for customer discussions.
• Coordinate client activity, planning and pipeline management with product partners.
• Maintain accurate data and call reports for client records.
• Monitor risk matters, including AML/Regulatory alerts, escalating as needed.
• Contribute to adherence to Group Policy and regulatory standards.
