HSBC Channel Islands and Isle of Man (CIIOM) is seeking a Relationship Support Analyst to assist Relationship Directors within Corporate & Institutional Banking in the Isle of Man. You will conduct customer research and financial analysis to shape materials for client meetings.

The role involves coordinating day-to-day client activity, maintaining accurate data and call reports, monitoring risk alerts, and supporting regulatory and policy compliance to minimise operational risk.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial services within a bank or financial institution.
• Strong analytical capability and numeracy to interpret information.
• Experience understanding customer needs and delivering customer service.
• Prepare clear proposals, presentations and written materials for engagement.
• Manage tasks across multiple priorities while meeting due dates.
• Clear written and verbal communication, adaptable to audience.
• Collaborate with colleagues and support where needed.

Responsabilités

• Support Relationship Directors to meet client needs and engagement.
• Identify product and service opportunities across customers.
• Prepare analyses, proposals and presentations for meetings.
• Coordinate day-to-day client activity including planning and pipeline.
• Maintain timely updates to data and call reports.
• Monitor risk matters including alerts and escalate issues.
• Aid adherence to regulatory and legal standards to minimise risk.
• Prioritise workload to meet deadlines and improve service.
