Qualifications

• Eligibility criteria for the internship include availability for full-time work for 10 weeks starting June 2027, completion of studies by July 2028, and being in the penultimate year of an undergraduate degree.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the UK for the full duration without HSBC visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Support Relationship Managers and specialist teams to understand clients’ business, goals and challenges.
• Assist with client presentations, reports and credit papers, and help with strategic reviews and pitches.
• Carry out financial analysis and risk assessments on portfolios and transactions.
• Collaborate with colleagues across Legal, Credit and Risk to deliver tailored solutions.
