Job summary

Vines Group in Crawley, West Sussex, is seeking a Corporate Business Development Manager to grow our corporate and local sales channels. This full-time role offers 40 hours per week, a base salary from £36,411 to £65,000 with uncapped OTE and a company car.

You will identify opportunities, build relationships with business decision makers, and develop tailored mobility solutions. With a focus on corporate, fleet, and account management, you will also support broker networks and drive growth

Qualifications

• Experience in corporate sales, business development, fleet sales, or account management.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new corporate and local business opportunities.
• Build and manage a high-quality pipeline of prospective customers.
• Develop relationships with owners, directors, fleet decision makers, and stakeholders.
• Create and deliver tailored vehicle proposals and mobility solutions.
• Grow existing accounts by identifying additional opportunities and strengthening relationships.
• Network within the local business community to raise brand awareness and generate opportunities.
• Manage the customer journey from enquiry to vehicle handover and ongoing relationship management.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Monitor market activity and identify future growth opportunities.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management.
• Contribute to broker channel development when opportunities arise.
• Deliver against sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction objectives.
