Job summary

Silcom Recruitment Limited is assisting a premium client in the Crawley area to recruit an experienced Car Sales Executive. You will sell both new and used vehicles, upsell add-ons, and manage customer communications with a focus on service excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in the automotive industry, specifically car sales or related roles.
• Strong customer service focus and team player attitude.

Responsibilities

• Sell both new and used vehicles to hit monthly targets.
• Upsell add-ons within FCA guidelines to maximise bonus.
• Maintain customer database, book appointments and update customers pre-collection.
• Maintain a positive, customer-centric approach to maximise retention.
• Hold a clean UK driving licence.
