You will work on high-quality transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, refinancing, and shareholder agreements, gaining direct exposure to an established client base.

A leading and highly regarded regional law firm is seeking a Commercial & Corporate Solicitor to join its growing Corporate & Commercial team in Eastbourne.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Solicitor with 2-6 years' PQE to work on high-quality corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, refinancing, shareholder agreements, joint ventures and commercial contracts.
