Law Staff Ltd. a Private Practice with strong regional presence, is recruiting an experienced Senior Corporate Commercial Solicitor.

You will lead corporate and commercial transactions, advise on M&A, restructurings and commercial contracts, while developing client relationships and mentoring junior colleagues.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in corporate and commercial transactions.

• Providing strategic, commercially focused legal advice to clients.
• Mentoring junior lawyers and supporting training initiatives.
• Active involvement in business development and marketing activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a varied caseload of corporate and commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, demergers, joint ventures, and a range of commercial agreements.
• Take ownership of client matters from inception to completion, ensuring efficient delivery of legal services and high-quality outcomes.
• Provide strategic, commercially focused legal advice tailored to clients' objectives, acting as a trusted advisor while developing long-term client relationships.
• Mentor and support junior team members, offering guidance and contributing to ongoing training.
• Actively participate in business development initiatives, representing the firm at networking events and contributing to marketing content.
