You will work on high-quality transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, refinancing, and shareholder agreements, gaining direct exposure to an established client base.

• Handle corporate restructurings, refinancing, shareholder agreements, joint ventures, and contracts.
• Contribute to a growing corporate and commercial client base.
