G2Legal is seeking a Newly Qualified Solicitor up to 3 years' PQE to join its corporate and commercial team in Kent. This regional practice offers a supportive, partner-led environment handling owner-managed businesses, SMEs and entrepreneurs across a broad range of sectors under hybrid working.

You will work closely with experienced lawyers on a varied caseload, gain direct partner mentoring, and benefit from clear career progression within a friendly culture.

Corporate & Commercial Solicitor (NQ-3 Years PQE)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Newly Qualified Solicitor up to 3 Years' PQE to join a highly regarded and growing Corporate & Commercial team at a well-established regional law firm.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive, partner-led department that advises a diverse client base of owner-managed businesses, SMEs and entrepreneurs across a broad range of sectors. The team is recognised by leading legal directories and has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality, commercially focused advice.

The Role

You will work closely with experienced lawyers on a varied caseload of corporate and commercial matters, including:

• Commercial agreements
• Terms and conditions of business
• Supply and service agreements
• Intellectual property matters
• Data protection and GDPR advice
• Business sales and acquisitions
• Shareholder and partnership matters
• Corporate transactions and restructures

You will also have the opportunity to support larger transactions alongside colleagues in other specialist disciplines, including Commercial Property and Employment.

Key Responsibilities

• Meeting with clients and taking instructions
• Providing clear and practical legal advice
• Managing client relationships and keeping clients informed throughout matters
• Drafting and reviewing legal documentation
• Maintaining accurate client and matter records
• Handling client enquiries efficiently and professionally
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards
• Supporting business development and networking initiatives

About You

To be considered, you will:

• Be a Solicitor with between NQ and 3 years' PQE
• Have experience or a strong interest in corporate and commercial law
• Possess excellent communication and client-care skills
• Be commercially aware and proactive
• Enjoy working collaboratively within a team environment
• Demonstrate strong organisational and time management skills
