Blue Pelican in Tunbridge Wells, Kent, is recruiting a Corporate Solicitor to join our growing corporate and commercial team. The role focuses on corporate transactions, including high-value and complex deals, with a friendly culture and genuine work/life balance.

This is a mid-level role for solicitors or legal executives with at least 1 year PQE in corporate work; hybrid working (3 days per week in the office) and a competitive salary, bonus and benefits await the right candidate.

Corporate Solicitor - Tunbridge Wells, Kent (hybrid).

Long established leading Kent law firm, highly ranked in the Legal 500 and Chambers, are currently recruiting into their impressive corporate and commercial team.

This is a small but growing team who handle a variety of corporate and commercial work, including high value and complex corporate transactions for an impressive client base.

This is a mid level role and therefore applications are encouraged from qualified solicitors or legal executives with at least 1 years PQE in corporate work. You will have solid experience in corporate transactional and M&A cases and any commercial experience would be a plus, although the roles focus is more on the corporate side.
