Job summary

Blue Pelican is recruiting for a Corporate Solicitor in Tunbridge Wells, Kent. This mid-level role requires qualified solicitors or legal executives with at least 1 year PQE in corporate work.

You will handle a variety of corporate and commercial work, including high value and complex corporate transactions, within a small but growing team. Long established leading Kent law firm, highly ranked in the Legal 500 and Chambers, are currently recruiting into their impressive corporate and commercial team.

This is a small but growing team who handle a variety of corporate and commercial work, including high value and complex corporate transactions for an impressive client base.

This is a mid level role and therefore applications are encouraged from qualified solicitors or legal executives with at least 1 years PQE in corporate work. You will have solid experience in corporate transactional and M&A cases and any commercial experience would be a plus, although the roles focus is more on the corporate side.
