Job summary

South East Water Limited is seeking a Cornerstone LMS Lead to drive technical configuration and compliance training for ~150 critical water quality roles. You will audit, optimise, and troubleshoot Cornerstone OnDemand, while mentoring a junior specialist and guiding data hygiene and security practices.

You’ll coordinate with SMEs, lead Workday integration improvements, and ensure robust training management for regulatory projects.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent practical experience in IT, HR, or BI.
• Strong Cornerstone OnDemand admin capability and CSOD knowledge.
• Experience configuring LMS and compliance workflows.

Responsibilities

• Audit Cornerstone configuration and optimise performance.
• Lead migrations and automated training assignments.
• Mentor a junior Cornerstone Specialist and delegate tasks.
• Collaborate on Workday integration testing and fixes.
• Configure advanced reporting and security rules.
